Right to Withdraw (EU Consumers)

If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). UK consumers have equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Withdrawal Period

You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person you nominate (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right to Withdraw

To withdraw, please tell us before the 14-day period ends:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. Any clear written statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery, we only have to reimburse the cost of standard delivery.

Returning the Goods

Please return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Where permitted by law, the right to withdraw does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
• Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
• Sealed audio, video or software products unsealed after delivery.
• Any other goods exempt under applicable consumer protection law.
