At Strymon Europe, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your purchases.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

⚠️ We do not currently ship to France, Italy, Portugal, or Spain. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at jakej@strymon.net before placing an order.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK: 2–4 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Other European destinations: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, or local postal services.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and order weight.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time — details will be clearly displayed on our website.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include a tracking number where available.

  • You can track your shipment via the courier’s website using the details provided in your shipping confirmation email.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For UK customers: All VAT is included at checkout.

  • For EU customers: Orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.


7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal of customs charges, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
