Returns & Refunds Policy

At Strymon Europe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair and transparent.


1. Your Right to Cancel

  • If you are based in the UK or the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of delivery.


2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Certain goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

    • Downloadable software or digital products

    • Gift cards

    • Items that are personalised or made to order


3. Returns Process

  2. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your item.

  3. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except where the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item).


5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty item for the same product, contact us at [jakej@strymon.net].
